Refund / Cancellation Policy

Thanks for shopping at Toucan Outdoor Security
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  


Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the shipping date. Please contact Customer Service at support@toucan.solutions or (888) 788-6888 to obtain a “Customer Return Form” before return your item. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in its entirety, including retail packaging with the UPC code attached and any accessories that were included in the purchase. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a copy of the receipt must be included with the return. 
 

Please note that any damaged caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit of the Product’s unit cost within a certain amounts of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. VuPoint Solutions will not be responsible for any shipping cost incurred. 

 

Cancellation 
 

VuPoint Solutions usually process all new orders on the same day business day. To cancel your order please email support@toucan.solutions within 1- hour of your purchase with your cancellation request and order number. If the product is shipped, and you wish to cancel your order, please return the product in its original packaging, or reject the shipment of the package from the courier. If an item from your order is canceled by us for any reason you will be credited the full amount charged on the order.

 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
